All services and products provided by On Call Computer Services are subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of engagement. On Call Computer Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Client acknowledges that it is solely responsible for maintaining current and complete backups of all data and systems. On Call Computer Services shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from the use of services or products provided. All invoices are payable in accordance with the stated terms. Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in interest charges, collection actions, or suspension of services.
